I may not be world's greatest poet, far from it, but here goes what I think might be worth putting online.

progress

.progress has come

now

.information is 
.freedom

morning sun creeps
all over my
.pillow

the spiders are crawling
all over the
.interweb

smells like october in the
.trees

maybe they'll catch a fly
or two
or just
some bytes sitting in a
workshop
corner
taken 
to 
.bits

reduced dataset
reduced mindset
who cares?

but

whatever happens
is all 
.emptiness

goes in
goes out
without a sound
all hollow

we dive in
.information
with no soul
behind its eyes

reduced dataset
reduced mindset
just floating in the dark
with your eyes open

but somehow
we get along
in this squashed world
flying like a KiTe

maybe
.information is
.prison

.progress is not
.progress

collective loneliness
       floats
in deafening silence
they call it music

.information is not
.happiness

can we ever
.return?

maybe
watch out for sparcs 
on the
horizon

.inspiration is
.freedom

after all

Verhinderter Dichter

Ein Mann, der überlegte lange
- im denkbar besten Müßiggange -
wieviel ihm doch gelegen wär
am Dichten.

Er sah sich schon mit manchen Preisen
einmal um den Erdball reisen.

Da riefen ihn die Pflichten - 
nun konnt' er nicht mehr dichten.
